Our Services
Supporting meaningful participation in daily life through structured, person-centred occupational therapy.
We aim to enable our in-hospital and out-of-hospital patients to re-engage in meaningful everyday activities through individual and group therapy. Our services focus on enhancing participation in life roles, habits, and routines across different performance areas for individuals aged 16 years and older. Occupational therapy within mental health care is centred on practical function — how individuals think, cope, organise, interact, and participate in daily life. Our role is to support patients in developing the skills, strategies, and confidence needed to engage more fully in their personal, social, and vocational environments.
Please note that a referral from your medical practitioner is required when booking an appointment with us.
Treatment of Mental Health Conditions
We provide therapeutic support for individuals experiencing conditions such as ADHD, depression, anxiety, and other mental health challenges. Our focus is on restoring meaningful engagement in daily life.
Mental health conditions often impact structure, motivation, concentration, and emotional regulation. Occupational therapy supports individuals in rebuilding habits, strengthening coping strategies, and improving participation in everyday activities.
- Routine development and habit formation
- Emotional regulation strategies
- Functional goal-setting
- Improving independence in daily roles
Sensory Profiling & Regulation Strategies
We assist individuals in understanding how they perceive and respond to their environment, and how sensory processing can influence behaviour, attention, and daily functioning.
Some individuals experience over- or under-responsiveness to sensory input such as sound, light, touch, or movement. Through sensory profiling, we identify patterns and develop personalised regulation strategies that support comfort, focus, and participation in everyday activities.
- Identifying sensory patterns and triggers
- Developing personalised regulation strategies
- Environmental adjustments to support daily functioning
- Practical coping tools for real-world situations
Workplace & Vocational Interventions
We conduct work-orientated evaluations, functional capacity assessments, and rehabilitation to support safe and sustainable participation in vocational roles.
Returning to work or managing workplace responsibilities following mental health challenges may require structured therapeutic support. Occupational therapy addresses both the cognitive and functional demands of the work environment.
- Functional capacity and work-readiness evaluations
- Gradual return-to-work planning
- Task analysis and workplace adaptations
- Building endurance, structure, and routine
Cognitive Assessments & Treatments
We assess mental processes such as memory, learning, attention, reasoning, and problem-solving, and provide structured interventions to support functional improvement.
Cognitive challenges can impact organisation, work performance, and daily responsibilities. Through targeted assessment and therapy, we identify strengths and areas of difficulty and implement practical strategies to improve real-world functioning.
- Assessment of memory and attention
- Executive functioning support
- Planning and problem-solving strategies
- Application of cognitive skills to daily tasks
